Jackie OH!

Yesterday we learned so much from Carine Roitfeld about how to have sex appeal.

Today, we reveal marriage advice from Jackie Kennedy Onassis as told to a group of advice young girls at a literary event held at Boston’s Kennedy Library.

And isn't it loaded?

‘I like to share what I’ve learned with all young women I meet, because I wished I’d have known it at your age — never marry, never mix your money,” she said.

That photo of Jackie shows her strength and her beauty . Her statement , never marry , never mix your money , reveals her vulnerability . Told straight forward without any whining or regrets, instead, a lesson learned , to be passed on , even though she knew it would be recorded for the public world to read. That is what makes Jackie Kennedy real , even today , after all these years , she is still truly the only Jackie O.

Linda - how lovely to have your comments, as always. Almost as good as my blog! And I so enjoy reading them.

I agree with both Ms Linda and Ms Anonymous - that woman had style, and she knew what to say and when to say it.
